Questions
What clients ask before the first call.
Plain answers on how we scope, permit, staff, and price private events — and what stays confidential.
- What does Ultra Luxury Events do?
- We are a luxury event production, planning, and premium hospitality staffing company based in Los Angeles. We design, produce, and staff private estate events, celebrity and entertainment-industry productions, luxury brand activations, and destination events across Southern California and on location worldwide. Founded in 2020.
- Where do you produce events?
- Los Angeles, Beverly Hills, Bel Air, Malibu, the Hollywood Hills, Orange County, and San Diego are our primary markets. We also travel — recent productions include Carmel, Honolulu, and Las Vegas — with the same senior producer and service team on site.
- What kinds of events do you take on?
- Private estate dinners, milestone birthdays, anniversaries, engagement parties, and baby showers; premiere parties, product debuts, press dinners, retail openings, and influencer activations; corporate and executive dinners and retreats; and multi-day destination celebrations.
- How does an engagement start?
- With a confidential inquiry through this site. Every inquiry is read by a partner, and we respond within one business day with next steps and a discovery call. From there we scope the event, then present a creative and production plan with a vendor short-list, hospitality plan, budget framework, and production schedule.
- Do you handle permits, security, and neighbor relations?
- Yes. Special-event, tent, amplified-sound, and valet permitting is part of our scope, along with neighbor notification, curfew compliance, and liaison with the principal's existing private security, estate manager, and household staff. In residential markets this operational work is usually what determines whether an event runs smoothly.
- Can I hire your staff without full event production?
- Yes. Premium hospitality staffing is available as a standalone engagement — service captains, servers, bartenders and mixologists, butlers, and guest hosts — for hosts and planners who need service rather than production.
- How do you protect privacy and confidentiality?
- Every planner, captain, and staff member is NDA-vetted. Inquiries are reviewed by partners only, vendor lists are never circulated, and our teams are trained for high-profile environments alongside private security and talent representatives. Identifying client details are withheld from our public portfolio.
- Do you work with a client's existing venue, caterer, or planner?
- Often, yes. Where a venue has house rules or a preferred-vendor list, we operate inside them and manage the interface so the client never negotiates twice. We can also lead only the parts of an event you need — design, production, or staffing.
- What is included with every engagement?
- A dedicated senior producer, concierge planning, NDA-vetted staffing, an on-call producer line, and a secure private client portal where you review proposals, approve creative, manage documents and prep lists, and sign agreements in one place.
- Do you produce events outside California?
- Yes. Destination productions are delivered with the same team and standards — site selection, travel logistics, local vendor curation vetted by us, and an on-the-ground team led by the producer who planned the event.
- How far in advance should I book a luxury event planner?
- Typically 60 days or more, depending on the complexity of the event. Larger estate builds, tented events, and destination weekends need the most lead time because permitting, venue holds, and travel drive the schedule. We also regularly take on shorter timelines — send the date and scope and we will tell you honestly whether we can deliver it properly.
- How much does a luxury event cost in Los Angeles?
- Our engagements start at $25,000 and scale from there with guest count, venue, design, and staffing levels. Every event is quoted individually: after a discovery call we present a budget framework alongside the creative and production plan, so you see design, vendor, and staffing costs before anything is committed.
