Capabilities

One team. The full event, from concept to close-out.

Each engagement is led by a senior producer. We operate as a single accountable company so principals, estate managers, and brand teams never have to chase status across multiple vendors.

01

Private Event Production

Estate dinners, milestone celebrations, anniversaries, and intimate gatherings. Concept through final guest departure — design, vendor curation, production schedule, and on-site command.

Most of our private work is residential: a home, a lawn, a pool deck, or a terrace that has to become a finished venue for one evening and disappear the next morning. We begin with a site survey and a candid conversation about what the property can actually support, then design to it — floor plan, tablescape, florals, lighting, catering direction, rentals, and bar program. Vendors are curated from relationships we hold directly, priced transparently, and managed by us rather than by the host. A production schedule governs the day: load-in sequence, staff call times, service timing, and strike. On the evening itself a senior producer runs the floor and nothing routes to the principal during service. Delivered across Los Angeles, Beverly Hills, Bel Air, Malibu, Orange County, and San Diego.

Brand & Entertainment Experiences

Premiere parties, product debuts, retail openings, press dinners, and influencer-tier activations. Operational rigor that lets brand teams focus on the story.

Brand and studio events are judged on how the room reads and how the arrivals run. We handle venue sourcing and contracting, permits, build and installation, catering and bar, and the guest-flow choreography that separates press, talent, and general guests without anyone feeling managed. Talent hospitality is planned in detail — green rooms, riders, escorts, and private arrival paths coordinated with publicists and security. Our staff are trained to work around cameras and to say nothing about who was there. Because we produce and staff in house, brand teams get one point of accountability for creative, logistics, and service rather than three vendors pointing at each other. Recent work includes fashion-house presentations, marque activations, and entertainment-industry launches in Los Angeles and on the road.

Premium Hospitality Staffing

Captains, servers, bartenders, butlers, and guest hosts trained for high-profile environments and NDA-vetted for high-net-worth households.

Staffing is available as a standalone engagement for hosts, planners, and estate managers who need service rather than production. Every team member is NDA-vetted, interviewed, and trained for private residential and high-profile environments: discretion around guests, no phones on the floor, no photographs, and no conversation about the household. Teams are built to the event — a service captain leading servers for a seated dinner, mixologists for a cocktail reception, butlers and guest hosts for arrivals and coat, or a full brigade supporting a visiting chef. We set the staffing ratio during scoping based on guest count, menu format, and bar complexity, then bring the same crew back for repeat engagements wherever possible so households are not re-training strangers.

Estate & Venue Coordination

Permits, neighbor relations, security liaison, and operational oversight at private estates and luxury venues. We handle the parts no one wants to think about.

In residential markets, this is usually what determines whether an event runs smoothly or gets shut down. We manage special-event, tent, fire, amplified-sound, and valet permitting with the relevant city or county; notify neighbors and plan to noise curfews; and design load-in and strike around narrow hillside streets, coastal access, and gate credentialing. Where a property has household staff, an estate manager, or a private security detail, we work as an extension of them — shared manifests, vetted vendor lists, controlled access points, and surface protection throughout. Where a venue has house rules or a preferred-vendor list, we operate inside them and manage the interface so the client never negotiates the same point twice.

Concierge Planning

Anticipatory service for principals, family offices, and estate managers. Guest experience, travel, transportation, and on-property programming.

Concierge planning covers everything around the event itself. We build guest itineraries, arrange accommodations and private transport, manage invitations and RSVPs, and program the hours before and after the main evening — welcome receptions, morning gatherings, spa and activity bookings, and departures. For family offices and estate managers we work to existing protocols and reporting preferences, consolidating approvals into the private client portal so one person is not chasing status across email threads. The intent is that the principal makes decisions, not phone calls.

Destination Productions

Coastal, desert, and out-of-state events produced with the same team, same standards, and the same discretion as our local work.

When an event travels, the producer travels with it. We handle site selection and scouting, travel and freight logistics, and local vendor curation — every local partner vetted by us before they are presented to the client — then bring key service leads on the ground so the people who planned the event are the people running it. Recent destination productions include Carmel during Car Week, Honolulu, and Las Vegas, alongside coastal and desert work throughout California. Permitting, insurance, and staffing are handled to the same standard as our Los Angeles engagements.
