As soon as guests arrive at the venue, they are welcomed with VIP treatment as a valet takes care of their vehicles. The experience begins at the Paddock, where a coffee and pastry station welcomes guests with the aroma of freshly brewed coffee and handcrafted pastries. The space invites guests to mingle and strike up conversations as they overlook a lineup of luxury automobiles.

Upon arrival, each guest receives the Roadbook Detail, which is a welcome package that sets the tone for the celebration. Housed in a leather agenda, it includes the event itinerary and schedule, along with essentials such as a keychain tag pass, cap, and tumbler, featuring the event’s logo.

A taste of the coast

Bringing the taste of the coast to the celebration, guests are treated to a selection of premium caviar served. Elegant black caviar carts, attended by servers, offer generous portions of caviar presented on ice and accompanied by traditional pairings. Like the other stations, both are stocked with premium caviar and classic accompaniments. Guests can gather by the fire while enjoying grilled selections paired with caviar.

The vineyard paddock

To conclude the celebration, everyone is invited to gather at the Vineyard Paddock, where a collection of vintage automobiles is on display against a vineyard-inspired backdrop. It offers a change of scenery from the coastal atmosphere, with warm, rustic details that pair naturally with the event's curated wine selection.
