A dedicated bartender prepares a curated menu of signature drinks inspired by the theme, served from a blackboard display. Featured selections include the Skyline Spritz, French 75, and Blue Velvet. The cocktail menu can also be customized to the client's preferences.

Guests who opt not to drink can also enjoy the cocktail hour with a Blue Velvet special made just for them. It contains a base of blue butterfly tea, citrus, and soda.
